This Halloween, Wild River transforms into a spooky wonderland filled with pumpkins, magic and mischief. Step inside for a weekend of wagging tails, eerie adventures, and memories that will last long after the cobwebs are gone.
Your car ticket unlocks the full Hallowfest experience, weave through a haunted hay bale maze, strike a pose in the pumpkin patch, discover your dog’s spooky fortune at the tarot tent, and browse the harvest market bursting with autumn treats and dog-friendly delights. The weekend wouldn’t be complete without our famous costume parade and contest, with prizes for the best-dressed ghouls and goblins (both two and four-legged).
Look out for seasonal extras too: sip pumpkin spice lattes and spooky specials from Wild Coffee, treat your pup to a potion-inspired pup cup, or capture the moment with professional pumpkin-patch photography.
This isn’t just a dog event - it’s a Halloween festival where dogs and their humans step into the magic together.
ABOUT US
Welcome to Wild River Dog Park - three acres of secure countryside fun where dogs can run, play and explore off-leash while you relax knowing they’re safe behind six-foot fencing.
Our parks are designed with every dog in mind. The lively Fun Park offers social play for up to ten dogs under the watchful eye of our team, while the Private Park provides 1.5 acres exclusively for you, perfect for birthdays, group meet-ups or a quiet play session. For dogs who need a gentler pace, our Sensory Garden is a calming retreat with soothing plants, a paddling pool and enriching features. Small dogs have their very own secure paddock too, giving them space to play in confidence.
Afterwards, take a break at Wild Coffee, our cosy café serving speciality drinks, traybakes and snacks from a converted shipping container with a log burner inside. You’ll also find Dog Bath NI, our self-service dog wash, ready to get muddy paws clean again before heading home.
From breed-specific socials and seasonal celebrations to relaxed play sessions, there is always something happening at Wild River. Here, every dog finds joy and and every owner finds community.

Fun Park

Does your dog want a playmate? Book your pooch into our Fun Park if you have got a social butterfly on your hands. Our 1.5 park is filled with agility and fun activities for your dog to partake in. Our Fun Park sessions are play sessions of up to 10 dogs.
Private Park

Have you got a dog that likes its own space? Anxious around other dogs? Our Private Park is perfect for you! This 1.5 acre park is available to rent for just you and your pooch. A secure safe space for your dog to enjoy off-lead exercise.
Puppy Socialisation

Have you recently got a young puppy? Looking for a space to socialise them? This is the perfect session to let your pup play with dogs their own age, receive tips from Kath who has 29 years in the puppy development and assistance dog industry with Guide Dogs, and chat with other puppy owners.
